Painful! Photos Of How People Left Their Homes & Fled During War In Syria

Italian photographer, Matteo Rovella who was in Aleppo, Syria in June, last year captured homes people left, as they fled for their lives during the civil war. While many photographers concentrated on the faces of Syria's brutal conflicts, Rovella was busy taking pictures of abandon homes. He says it’s something like still life photography, but you can see inside the homes tensions and fear, the moments of violence, how you were obligated to leave your things, your home, your life and go away, maybe to not come back.

In the pictures you will see a child's toy, clothes, furniture, family photographs. It’s so sad. More images after the cut.
