Heidi Montag reveals new and improved C-Cup breasts as she downsizes from her 'bowling ball' size-F chest

Back in 2010 she famously underwent a radical 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, which included being fitted with a pair of F-Cup breasts.
Now The Hills star Heidi Montag has gone under the knife again, this time to reduce her 'bowling ball' breast down to a modest size C.
Posing at the seaside in Santa Barbara, California, the 27-year-old star unveiled her new and improved breasts for the first time.

Wearing a selection of different T-shirt, Heidi continues to pose beside the sea, looking particularly pleased with her decision.
In a white vest top, Heidi's chest appeared modest and much smaller as she posed from all angles during the photoshoot.

But even when dressed in her final outfit - a blue lace trim vest top - she nevertheless looked much happier with her new boobs, which blend in better with her petite body type.

The reduction procedure was said to have been completed in six hours on October 4.

Before the operation, Heidi had been suffering from a number of health problems, including back and neck problems, as well as numbness in her arms, which were said to all relate to her size-F implants, which she said weighed 'about three pounds each'.
So the Colorado-born star's decision to downsize was evidently the right decision after admitting that before her boobs nearly fell right down to her belly button.

The controversial star tells Us Weeklymagazine she made the decision to downsize after a meeting with reconstructive specialist Jay Orringer, who warned the reality star that her super sized chest was 'bottoming out'.
'He told me they were falling through the bottom, and I got scared. It's superdangerous. They can fall through to your belly button!' she explains.
Heidi's third breast augmentation - she previously got C-cups back in 2007 before up-sizing to F three years later - saw the blonde undergo a six hour marathon surgery on October 4th.

At first Heidi says she had wanted to go smaller in size, but settled on a C to avoid extra stitches.
The results, she says, are incredible, with the blonde no longer suffering from the spine and neck pain she endured with her previous size.
Heidi explains she was also tired of being referred to as 'the surgery girl' and the health risks were enough for her to take action.

'During the 2010 surgery they called Spencer (Pratt, Heidi's husband) and told him my heart stopped. It was traumatic. And I'm sick of being the "surgery girl". But when the health risks kicked in, it wasn't a choice,' she explains to Us.

'Now my spine doesn't hurt and my neck feels better. It's like I can breath for the first time in years. I am just more comfortable in my skin. And I can wear cuter, tighter shirts. I don't even have to wear a bra!'
Heidi further explains that her decision to go so big back in 2010 came down to her insecurities, and admits she could have benefited from therapy instead.
'I was really insecure at the time and put my value into breast size. I should have gone to a therapist! And I couldn't conceptualize the weight of them in my body; they felt like bowling balls on my chest,' she says.
When it came time to undergo her 2010 surgery, Heidi says her doctor, the late Frank Ryan, also suggested nine additional procedures, and she 'impulsively' agreed.
'I asked my doctor, "What else would you do?" And he was like "You should get a chin reduction and eyebrow lift and liposuction." I didn't realize what I was signing up for: It took me a year to recover, I was too impulsive.'
The reality star says rather that feeling sexier, she felt 'inappropriate', with men constantly staring at her chest in a 'creepy' manner.
These days, Heidi is living a quieter life with her husband Spencer and their four dogs in Los Angeles.
She says that the couple, who broke up in 2010 briefly before reuniting again after admitting it was a publicity stunt, are now stronger than ever.
'We're the best we've ever been,' she tells the magazine.
