Kim Kardashian the VERY smooth operator: Reality star, 33, is completely void of any wrinkles on outing with Kanye West

When she burst onto the scene in 2006, she was was known for her distinctive looks, very tanned skin and wide smile.
But flash forward seven years later, and Kim Kardashian has dramatically transformed her look.
While the reality star has admitted to trying Botox in the past - but later vowing she would never undergo the procedure ever again - her latest lack of facial wrinkling for her 33 years seemingly suggests otherwise.

On Monday, the reality star stepped out looking more fresh-faced than ever, revealing her suspiciously tight visage as she left the apartment she shares with fiance Kanye West in New York.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians favourite's face looked frozen in time, with not one smile line apparent as she gave photographers a slight smirk.
Kim has been indulging in several beauty treatments of late, even spotted as recently as last October emerging from a Los Angeles spa with a clear mask applied to her face.

Radio appearance: Later in the day, Kim and Kanye were seen leaving Hot 97.1 FM in Manhattan

In the past she has been more than happy to share her beauty regime with her fans – also famously undergoing a blood facial during an episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami this year.
However, her recent appearance suggests that the mother-of-one has been indulging in other procedures to help slow the aging process. 
Kim looked as youthful as ever on Monday, covering up her famous curves with a black overcoat worn over a pair of dark denim ripped jeans, a black turtleneck and black stilettos.

Making a casual exit from the building, she made sure not a hair was out of place, smoothing down her blonde tresses as she prepared to have her picture taken.
Later in the day she was joined by fiance Kanye West, with the pair visiting Hot 97.1 FM radio station.
The rapper put a protective arm around his fiancee as they later headed to their next destination.
Kim ensured she would never toy with Botox again after receiving the injections around her eyes during an episode of her reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians back in 2009.
During the show, she had taken her little sister Khloe along for some moral support - but things didn't work out quite as planned.

Instead, Khloe just squirmed in the background, telling her older sister that she was 'stupid' for undergoing the procedure, prompting Kim to tell her repeatedly to 'shut up!'
Kim decided to brave it and have the injections without numbing cream, vowing that she had a high tolerance for pain.
Unfortunately, she didn't end up with the desired outcome as she suffered an allergic reaction to the injections.

Despite attempting to relax in a bubble bath and ice the injections sites, Kim ended up with some serious swelling and two black eyes.
'I'm never doing this again... at least not until I'm 40,' Kim later told her family after learning that her bruises were a natural result of the injections.
Despite her rather nasty encounter with Botox, over the last few years there has been constant speculation that she has gone back to using the injections.

There's a smile! Kanye managed to raise a smile later in the day when the couple continued their busy day of business meetings

Even during her pregnancy with daughter North West she was forced to deny reports that she had been receiving the cosmetic treatment.
A spokesperson for the reality star said in May this year: 'It's absurd and NOT true!'
The denial came after a report in In Touch magazine had alleged: 'She’s still getting injections even though she’s seven months pregnant.'
