Now Mitch causes a hitch to Amy statue

The unveiling of a memorial statue of Amy Winehouse has been delayed – because the late singer’s father Mitch doesn’t like it.
The bronze, by artist Scott Eaton, was due to be presented next week at the Roundhouse in Camden, North London, close to where Amy lived, but the sculptor has been told to redo it. The ceremony has been put off until next year.

‘But obviously it’s never going to look exactly like her.’
Amy died aged 27 from alcohol poisoning in July 2011.
