Lamar Odom is NOT currently in rehab, the Mail Online can report. On Wednesday, TMZ wrote that his wife Khloe Kardashian had been 'completely blindsided' by news that the 33-year-old NBA star had entered rehab. But just 24 hours later, multiple sources insisted that the basketball star was not in any facility.

So, the big questions are, where is Lamar then? And do the Kardashians know his location? 
The professional basketball player - who was recently arrested for allegedly driving under the influence - had entered rehab of his own accord, it was claimed. 
'He realised he needs help,' a source told People magazine of the husband of Khloe Kardashian.

Lamar's representatives did not respond to MailOnline's request for comment.
The allegations come in the wake of Lamar's alleged recent marriage troubles to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, following claims by TMZ she kicked him out of their Los Angeles home, giving him an ultimatum to go and seek help for his drug problems.
However, the website reported that Khloe's demands was met with a radio silence from Lamar who had gone 'off the grid' with his wife.

Meanwhile, Lamar's alleged drug dealer has claimed he spent $50,000 on cocaine in three years.
The New York-based dealer - who has concealed his identity - has come forward to allege he witnessed the former Los Angeles Clippers basketball player consume the illegal drug on as many as 10 occasions since 2010 when Lamar visited Queens in New York where he grew up.
In a video interview with Radar, the dealer said: '[Lamar has a] huge problem and he has a very addictive personality. It is becoming worse as you can see.'
'He [Lamar] likes to party, He's a pretty nice guy to be honest with you, but he's becoming ...  his problem seems to be becoming a bigger problem. In my experience, he literally likes cocaine. He is a cocaine guy. He likes to smoke it.'

Radar reports the dealer supplied Lamar with cocaine - which he would then freebase, a method of consumption whereby the user purifies the drug by burning it and then inhale the fumes.
The drug pusher claims Lamar even freebased cocaine before a game between the LA Clippers and the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on February 10 this year. 
He alleges the sportsman spent $16,000 on cocaine.
The dealer said: 'I know it for a fact because I sold him the stuff and saw him smoke it, he spent about 16 grand. Quantity wise, it was a little under half a kilo.'

When asked how much the Lamar spent over three years, he replied: 'Roughly, more than 50 grand... over the time I've known him.'
Mail Online have reached out to Lamar and Khloe's representatives, who are yet to comment on the allegations.
TMZ also reveal that Kris Jenner hired attorney Robert Shapiro to represent Lamar because of his personal experience with drug addition.
The attorney's 24-year-old son Brent died of a drug overdose in 2005, and Robert has since been involved with drug addition foundations.
Lamar's father was a heroin addict and his mother died of colon cancer when he was just 12, leaving him to be raised by his grandmother Mildred.

Meanwhile, Lamar's former LA Lakers teammates have said they feel for the sportsman. 
'It sucks to hear,' teammate Jordan Farmar told ESPN this week regarding Lamar's recently troubles. 
'It's unfortunate. A couple of us have reached out to him and haven't heard back.That's just a sign of him going through some tough times.'
Amid the drug and cheating allegations, the basketball player had his driving licence suspended for one year after he was arrested for driving under the influence at 3.25am last Friday.
According to a report compiled by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, he showed 'objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform sobriety tests as explained and demonstrated.'

His wife Khloe was pictured on Labor Day enjoying a party at Katy Perry's house and appeared to be in good spirits.
Although the star appeared to reveal her sadness at the current situation revealing on Twitter just days before 'I'm not made of steel'.
