Christ Embassy in Oregun, Lagos, has been caught on fire Monday evening.

Vanguard provides that the fire, which started about 6.30pm was caused by power surge in a building housing 14 generating sets.
Firemen tried to quickly extinguish the fire, but it spread to the main auditorium. Property worth millions of naira was reportedly burnt.
