But Kim Kardashian showed her evolving style as she stepped out with baby North wearing a practical outfit of jeans and a high necked shirt on Wednesday.
Of course, this being Kim, these were no baggy oversized mom jeans.
Instead her slimmed down post-baby physique was on show in clinging white jeans, while she wore a long sleeved grey T-shirt with an inverted blue triangle.
While the outfit was highly practical, Kim made no concessions when it came to her bag and shoes.
The fashion lover carried a small grey ostrich leather bag with a gold chain strap - hardly suitable for stuffing with diapers.
But despite this one small factor, It's clear Kim is taking to motherhood.
The reality star was certainly a hands on mom as she left Kanye West's apartment in New York.
Pushing North in a $940 Orbit stroller, Kim covered her precious bundle under a white blanket.
After reaching her waiting car Kim defly unclipped her daughter's car seat and slotted it into the vehicle, before stowing the frame in the trunk.
But despite her heavy involvement with her daughter, Kim has also enlisted a nanny to enable her to get back to work.
The reality star has been busy promoting her various fashion line, and filming her hit show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
