You're going to need a VERY big deposit! Bloggsite reveals top five most expensive properties on the market (and 'cheapest' is £37.5m)
Splashing out £40million on a new pad is a drop in the ocean for celebrities like Victoria and David Beckham.
But for those of you with a few extra million pounds in your bank account there are a number of other properties on the market which might take your fancy.
Rightmove has revealed the top five most expensive homes up for sale at the moment - and the cheapest comes with a price tag of £37.5million.
Not surprisingly all of the properties are in London.
For £65million you could find yourself living along one of the world's wealthiest roads, The Bishops Avenue, in Hampstead Garden Suburb, north London - also known as Billionaires' Row'.
The sprawling 15 bedroom home comes with a swimming pool, tennis court, cinema, gym and 15 bathrooms so there will be no waiting around for a shower in the morning.
Bathrooms at Heath Hall have more marble than your average high altar. The cinema has been painted painted purple and comes with matching lilac sofas.
But Heath Hall has been on the market since 2011 and had an original price tag of £100million.
Even the brochure would have set you back £2,000. Since then the price has been slashed by a staggering £35million - still fantasy money to most of us.
Property magnate Andreas Panayiotou bought Heath Hall in 2006.
The cellar can hold 600 bottles of wine and has its own climate-control temperature system and the gym comes with a steam room, sauna and swimming pool.
Twelve types of Italian marble and seven types of wood were used for the bathrooms while the snooker room, office, bar, library and grand staircase are all made of the finest oak.
Heath Hall was originally built for sugar magnate William Park Lyle in 1910.
The Bank of China took over the property in the 1950s and housed its staff on bunk beds. When Mr Panayiotou bought it seven years ago, he decided the first thing the 19,000sq/ft property needed was a little extra room.
His £40million renovations added an extra 8,000 sq/ft and employed 120 tradesmen.
If that doesn't take your fancy why not imagine yourself in this grand house in Campden Hill, Holland Park, west London.
Computer generated images show the interior of the £65 million property.
The house has nine bedrooms and planning permission for a number of features including a staff cottage and tennis court.
Or for £68million why not live it up in a chic flat, yes for that price you are getting just a flat, in London's exclusive neighbourhood - Knightsbridge.
The apartment is comprised of two wings - the park wing and the city wing and is luxuriously decorated throughout.
Meanwhile back over in affluent Hampstead, an eight bedroom property with dazzling decor is on the market with an asking price of just £49million and comes with an indoor and outdoor pool.
Perfect if you have set your budget at £50million.
And if that has pushed you over your limit then you could always settle for an 11 bedroom mews house for sale in nearby St John's Wood which is on the market for £37.5million.
It features a gym, pool, steam room, cinema, games room and even has 'his and hers' studies.
While negotiating this sale maybe the buyer may want to ask if they will throw in the Jack Nicholson print for free.
