Miley Cyrus had over $100K worth of purses and jewelry stolen from her home which could have included that engagement ring from Liam Hemsworth
Miley Cyrus needs to head to Beverly Hills for a shopping spree.
On Monday TMZ reported when robbers stormed the AMA performer's Studio City, Los Angeles house on Friday afternoon, they took with them over $100,000 worth of jewelry and high-end purses.
No word yet if the robbers made off with the Bangerz singer's vintage Chanel purse that she made infamous when she pulled a suspicious-looking rolled cigarette from it during the European Music Awards.
The singer also owns a vast collection of Chanel baubles, like a Lucite cuff and a gold sparkly stomach chain.
Also in her jewelry box could have been the engagement ring Liam Hemsworth proposed to her with, as it's been reported by the New York Daily News she has yet to give it back.
But considering the gem is reportedly worth $250,000 - which is much over the $100,000 TMZ is claiming she lost - it may have alluded the thieves.
As first reported by Us Weekly, the star's home was broken into on Friday and many 'personal items' were stolen.
Contrary to earlier reports, Officer Cleon Joseph of the LAPD has confirmed to the MailOnline that the incident took place in broad daylight, at around 3.50pm on Friday afternoon.
The Officer says there was no sign of forced entry and there is no suspect information at this time in the ongoing investigation.
The perpetrator seemingly took advantage of the fact the star was likely out celebrating her 21st birthday at the time, as no one was at the residence when the break-in occurred, and there were no reported injuries.
'[Miley's] extremely upset and a lot of personal items were stolen,' a source tells the magazine.
'She's really shaken up about the whole thing.'
The LAPD North Hollywood Community Police Station is currently looking into the stolen belongings, which the singer discovered and reported.
Still the former Hannah Montana star managed to look cool and collected at Sunday's AMAs.
This isn't the first time the Wrecking Ball hit maker has become the victim of such an intrusion.
In September last year, Miley narrowly avoided a run-in with an armed intruder, who attempted to force his way into her home wielding a pair of scissors.
Fortunately, the songstress wasn't at home when the terrifying incident occurred at 4am, and her employees were quick to call police and have the man arrested.
The intruder was identified as Jason Luis Rivera, who was thought to be delusional and kept referring to Cyrus as his 'wife'.
Miley's father, Billy Ray Cyrus, was spotted in Toluca Lake, California on Friday taking his daughter's pricey new birthday present - a $30,000 Can-Am Spyder three-wheel ATV before she took possession on Saturday.
On Sunday Billy Ray also posted a photo of his daughter - looking gleeful - on the vehicle with his wife Tish.
Meanwhile, the birthday girl tweeted a sweet photo of her four pooches fast asleep on her bed on Friday night, captioned, 'All I could want on my birthday.'
