E ven when heavily pregnant she stuck to her favourite combination of plunging tops and skin tight leather. But Kim Kardashian showed her evolving style as she stepped out with baby North wearing a practical outfit of jeans and a  high necked shirt on Wednesday. Of course, this being Kim, these were no baggy oversized mom jeans. The Kardashian version of mom jeans!
