Chelsea Transfer News: Pato airport arrival, African ace shock, Ramires deal complication

Chelsea are confident they will not face a transfer ban after allegations they breached FIFA rules when they signed Burkino Faso youngster Bertrand Traore.
FIFA rules prohibit the international transfer of under-18s and Traore played for Chelsea's under-18s side in a friendly against Arsenal when aged 16.
However Chelsea said in a statement: "Traore was registered in January 2014 in compliance with FA and Premier League Rules. Prior to that, he was party to an option agreement, approved by the FA and the Premier League."
Chelsea must wait to receive the full fee for Ramires’ record-breaking transfer to the Chinese Super League.
The Brazilian has agreed to join Jiangsu Suning for £20m according to the Guardian.
And they claim the Blues will get an additional £4.2m if the player triggers certain performance related clauses.
